Getting started

How to Use the POS

A typical setup and daily transaction workflow.

1. Open the dashboard

Launch the application and check that the dashboard and local data load correctly.

2. Configure company settings

Enter the business name, address, tax/VAT settings and print templates.

3. Add products and stock

Maintain product names, SKU or barcode, selling prices and available quantities.

4. Add customer records

Create customer profiles before a sale or during checkout, where supported.

5. Process transactions

Choose the relevant document type, add items and quantities, verify totals and tax, then save the transaction.

6. Print or export documents

Print receipts or export supported invoices and other documents to PDF.
